Prices quoted are correct at the time of printing.  Images used are for general representation only and sportsjamkits.com reserve the right to substitute items for similar garments where changes are made by the manufacturer.

By ordering from sportsjamkits.com, you agree that we may use your details for marketing purposes. You may therefore receive separate mailings from us and other organisations carefully selected by us. Under the Data Protection Act you are entitled, upon payment of a fee, to a copy of the information we hold about you.  To stop receiving these mailings please contact us.

Payment

Upon ordering, please be aware that Credit/Debit card payments are taken immediately. Payment and indeed the order, is then subject to scrutiny by either our Credit/Debit card security system Sage Pay and our Sportsjam staff. We reserve the right to cancel any order if problems or issues arise at this stage of an order. Customers will be notified in any such case.

Ordering and Delivery

Whilst we try to ensure that all orders are delivery quickly some orders may take up to 3 weeks. This is dependant on stock availability and may vary during peak times.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you are unhappy with any item purchased from sportsjamkits.com you can return it to us and we will exchange the item or give you a full refund. Sportsjamkits.com reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods appear to have been worn or used, unless the goods are returned due to a fault.

Please note that items that are personalised with printing and embroidery can only be exchanged if the garment is faulty.
